I would recommend everyone never buy from HMD. They never refund the money if you ever return a product purchased form their online portal. No estimated time of delivery, no estimated time for refund. I have not received my money back even after 10 days from returning the product. They are one of the worst e-commerce platform I have ever seen. They are getting worse from time to time. Their customer service is too much ignorant about the customer issues. I have made several complaints with them in the last couple of days to avail no result. I am feeling deceived now.
